Communicating with our creative life energy/creative spirit is really about there things - active and passive communication and the world before us.

Passive communication with our creative life energy is it is about using our intuitive guidance, body wisdom, inner knowing, the awareness within feeling and the like. We develop our passive communication by becoming open to what we feel and learning to discern the subtle feeling we have. It is about becoming aware of the awareness which lies in feeling and the awareness within the body. The fastest way to open oneself to feeling is to become intimate with the body and what it feels and then dealing with the issues which arise as to why we shutdown our ability to feel in the first place.

Active communication is about learning to dialog with our creative life energy. Dialoging with our creative life energy can be viewed in several different ways. It can be seen as communicating with our creative spirit, our higher self, the creator/Creator which gave rise to our existence, God, spirit guides and the like. Exactly how we develop an active dialog with our creative life energy starts with learning the inner language and symbols used by our nonconscious mind. Probably the quickest way to develop and active communication is to set the intention to do so and follow the guidance that arises from our intuitive guidance. Without any specific guidance arises, we can do what is suggested above for developing passive communication with one additional thing. That is, ask specific questions of our intuitive guidance and be open to an answer which will not be what we expert and/or be open to it being given to us in a way we do not, or could not, anticipate. When the answer comes, we will know it is the answer we seek.

The third communication with our creative life energy is the our body and the world before us. It is to understand that our inner world is reflected in the outer and out outer world is a communication from our nonconscious mind. Developing the third way of communicating is about holding our creativity sacred and developing a perspective of life and of Creation which allows for the expansion of our awareness as understanding the nature of Creation and allows for the expansion and unfoldment of our being into the infinity of our being.

The following discussion provides some concepts and thoughts to help develop a perspective about ourselves, Creation and our creative life energy to improve all three ways we communicate with our creative life energy.

An overview   (Top)

The creative life energy which is animating our life and manifesting our body in its current form is capable of communicating with us and it does so all the time. In essence the world we experience is its communication with us and we only need to learn to read our internal and external worlds to understand what it is trying to say.

Similarly, we can communicate with it. Actually it is already listening to us for it responds to our choices and give us what we desire manifested in accordance with the environment in which we find ourselves such that the environment that we experience is the communication back to us. The creative life energy that is creating the unique us, will communicate with us in a way unique to us, matching our uniqueness and it will do so in some very creative fashions.

In learning how to communicate with this energy we can see how it is creating our reality and creating our experiences in response to how and what we believe and think. Although there are many common elements as to how the creative life energy of the universe communicates with an individual, the exact way it communicates with us is unique to our being and the experiences we have had. We will need to learn and discern its communication. It is incumbent upon each of us to do our own "experiments" in both actively talking and passively listen to this energy.

Each of us, must learn how to work with the energy itself and communicate with it in the way that it wants to communicate with us and in the way it wants to dance with us. It wants to be in movement and in flow. To be in the flow and in the movement of the energy, to dance with the energy, we need

to go beyond words and beyond symbols and we cannot be fixed in our ideas and what we expect. To dance we must surrender and allow the energy to lead. We will have to surrender to the "feeling" that we feel; we will have to act on the "knowing" that we have. We will have to follow what we "see" and hear in "listening." For many of us, this means we must relearn how to feel relying on our body wisdom and intuitive guidance and allowing them to lead.

Background   (Top)

Energy consciousness permeates all of reality. We need to remember, reality molds itself into what consciousness/Consciousness thinks by how consciousness/Consciousness focuses its attention and awareness. The energy that forms and manifests Creation as it flows from the Source, flows in a pattern corresponding to the intentions of the mind/Mind of consciousness/Consciousness. As discussed in the "Creation Story for the Creativity Perspective," The consciousness within, or behind, Creation can be seen has having shattered itself into an infinite number of independent point of consciousness. Each of these points of consciousness is a unique aspect of the consciousness within, or behind, Creation seeming separate, different, and independent of any other when, in fact, they are all interconnected. This is the illusion of Creation.

As such, Creation can be seen as either one Consciousness and one Mind with an infinite number of thoughts or desires it wishes to experiences. Or, Creation can be seen as an infinite number of independent points of consciousness each having a mind with a thought or desire it wishes to experience. Each of these desires held either by the Mind of Consciousness or the mind of consciousness gives rise to a flow of energy to manifest that desires. The energy then molds itself into an experience of what is desired as can be supported by the environment in which the consciousness has awakened.

However we view Creation, Creation as we experience it, is a nesting and weave of flows of energy within flows of energy in response to the thoughts of consciousness/Consciousness within the consciousness within, or behind, Creation. Again, although there is one Mind of Consciousness and only Energy, this Source can and will look different because its flow corresponds to the current intentions of Mind. When any one intention changes, the flow pattern from the Source changes. In this regard, the Source can appear to be different to shift for a new Creation to manifest. For example, the source of life on earth can be seen as the sun where as the source of life in our body is seen as our heart. The creation is different so the source appears to be different. Yet all is energy in one form or another and all rises from the same energy arising from the same Source. The same is true for any creation and any aspect of Creation. The Source is the Source.

Although we are a being of infinite consciousness having a physical experience as a human being within one of these flow patterns that we experience as a body, we believe we are our body. This is perfectly understandable because almost all of the experiences we have since incarnating into the body has been viewed through the body and to have an experience of any creation/Creation there is the need to forget and become lost in the creation/Creation. However, because we are seeing ourselves as a the body, we do not consciously access either the flow of energy that sustains our body or the flow that sustains us as an individual point of consciousness. Both of these flows are accessible though the heart and discernable in what we feel. They have been blended to give us a physical experience. Yet both of these flow from, and have access to, the Source of all being. Each just takes a different flow path from the Source. We can use either to have a direct experience of the Source and the Source will look slightly different for each is a different flow path and each is manifesting a different aspect of creation/Creation. If we come to understand this different and why it exists, we will have a creative power that transcends both. To see these flows and eventually to access the Source through these flows we have to be able to become that detached witness and step outside of any personal attachments to what the body is experiencing.

If we wish, we can look at the process as a water that flows out of two pipes and a different color is added to the water in each of the pipes. There is a reason for each color. The two streams are then brought back together to produce a third color, different from the original two colors. We experience the third color but we can go individually up each stream to understand the source of each color. Then if we so chose, we could eventually go up stream even further beyond the source of each color to study the water itself. However, to understand why the third color, the blended color, exists as it does, we will have to study the reason for why each of the first two colors were added. To study only one or the other will not satisfactorily answer why the two colors were added to begin with. We have to study both.

Real time communication   (Top)

The energy that is animating our life and manifesting our body in its current form is capable of communicating with us and it does so all the time in real time instantaneously. It does so by both what we see and feel internally and externally. In essence the world we experience is its communication with us and we only need to learn to read our internal and external worlds to understand what it is trying to say. Similarly, we can communicate with it. Actually it is already listening to us for it responds to our choices and give us what we desire manifested in accordance with the environment in which we find ourselves such that the environment that we experience is the communication and its responds back to us. It is we who needs to learn how to read and listen to it. However, our internal communication will always appear "faster." The external is just as fast except we don’t perceive it as such because of the illusion created by the mind so that one can have a physical experience as a human being. Our problem is that if we changed the way we think and/or let go of our desire because what we want does not manifest instantaneously, we shift the energy rather than holding it until we change our illusion. To get what we want, we must have the resolve to manifest what we desire.

Time is part of our illusion. When our desires do not manifest instantaneously, it is our illusion that is changing. It will take as long as we believe it will take. On this note, we have agreed to have a physical experience as a human being. We have made that choice at the deepest levels of our being and for most of us, we will not be able to reverse it until we die. Until we have fully accessed the level of being behind the belief or rather "below" the belief, we will be limited by the physical plane and we will work within a spectrum of how long or short it takes to manifest any desire. Those things we desire that are closely tied to the physical plane will move at a pace corresponding to the pace of the physical plane. Things that we desire that are closely tied to our consciousness will move as fast as we what and choose to change. Reality does change in the twinkling of an eye. Of course, that is a controlling belief too.

Since the body is our creative life energy manifested, our body looks at every decision we make and provides an instantaneous response to us within our environment if we are aware and listening. This is also to say, our same desires in a different time and place would be expressed to us differently because of the environment. This can be seen because of the environment, we would have different desires and a different response. In any case, the two, our body and its environment, are integrally connected. What we need to understand is how the life sustaining energy that creates our world is communicating to us and the body is the primary vehicle for this communication. The creative life energy that is creating the unique us, will communicate with us in a way unique to us, matching our uniqueness. And it will do so in some very creative fashions. In learning how to communicate with this energy we can see how it is creating our reality and experiences in response to how we believe and think.

Pain - a wake up call   (Top)

Pain, either perceived as occurring from an internal or external source is the loudest communication we receive. It is the way our creative life energy/creative spirit is screaming at us. It wants our attention and causes us to withdrawal and pull away in some way from whatever it is we are doing. In this regard, it functions as a wake up alarm to get our attention but we must ask "What do you want to tell me?" Otherwise, it is like shutting of the alarm clock and going back to sleep. Before we shut the pain off, we have to seek to understand what it is trying to communicate to us. If we shut off the pain before we understand, we are laying the foundation for an addiction or some other manifestation of pain in a new way or new location.

For many of us, pain is the only sensation we allow ourselves to feel so we create pain to remind us we are alive and awake. If we wish to fully communicate with our creative life energy, we will have to reopen our ability to feel body sensations at every level well below the threshold levels of pain. Until we can learn to feel the sensations of the body, we will not understand how sensitive we are to our environment and how our environment is communicating to us through our body. In many ways our ability to feel the body sensations at the most subtle levels is an indication as to how open we are to what is being communicated in general.

As we become aware and are able to better understand what is being communicated to us, we will find we "feel" deeper. We will have an expanded and greater awareness of the world around us and about others but we will be feeling it as opposed to necessarily knowing it. Our mind may even be confused as to what we are sensing. It is as though we can feel the depth and breath of both our being and reality itself, and, in fact, we can and will being doing so. What we will feel will continue to grow and expand such that we will be feeling the oneness of Creation and we will be able to learn how to feel our way through Creation and the unseen realms. We talk about seeing reality for what it is and the clarity of our perception in understanding an idea or concept. If we reopen our feelings we will feel reality for what it is and feel our perception in understanding an idea or concept. As we open ourselves to what we feel and learn to realign ourselves to our body wisdom and intuitive guidance, we will find we can feel much the way we see.

Some traditions talk about opening a "third" eye into the realm of spirit. However, we can also feel our way into and through the realm of spirit. Seeing is of the mind and consciousness. Feeling is of the heart, the body and energy. What is often missed in attempting to open the third eye is the extensive mental focus on the mind and seeing at the expense of the body. The goal is opening the third eye to see in the clarity beyond ego into the oneness of all that is. However what is missed and curiously absent in much of the world’s spiritual traditions is the ability to feel our way and know reality through feeling. Feeling our way though reality is analogous to feelings our way in the world even though we are totally blind. What needs to be understood is that mind perceives thought an eye of awareness. Heart perceives though a feeling and we can perceive awareness thought feeling for there is an awareness in what we feel. It is just as powerful as the sight of the third eye. To deny the feelings of our being in any way is ego. The "I don’t want to feel pain so I want to transcend the physical," is only a statement of ego. Unless one is able to both see and feel, they will never live in wholeness for they are different aspects of the same thing. "Seeing" only applies to the consciousness aspect of energy consciousness and understanding through consciousness. "Feeling" applies to the energy of energy consciousness and understanding though energy. The two are one, not separate.

Two views - the eye of the heart and the eye of the mind  (Top)

The issue in communicating with our creative life energy is discerning and understanding what comes from the mind and what comes from beyond mind, the eye of the heart. Remember what we experience in the world and how we view it is a composite of two images. One is the image created by the eye of the mind and the other is created by the eye of the heart. Ideally the two images are the same. However, we can be assured that is not the case. The first thing we need to do is to discern which image is which, and which eye, the eye of the mind or the eye of the heart, is distorted, if any. Recognize it is not necessary that both eyes see the same way. We only need to understand how and why the eyes see differently and what is causing the difference. We can function well with any two images as along as we get a good composite image to follow.

Every moment in time there are two views of reality that we have. One view is how we see reality and the other is how we feel reality. We see reality though the mind and we feel reality thought the heart. However, we cannot feel the heart unless we are out of mind being a detached witness for the mind can and will mask the heart because of how mind can influence the flow of our creative life energy. In any case, the eye of the heart always reads true for it is in direct communication with the energy flows and is sustaining our being. It only reads false when mind has interjected itself and shifted the flow of into what it wants and/or thinks In this case the heart still reads true and is a direct refection of where our energy is flowing but it is not reading true to the Source of our being for mind has diverted the flow. The heart will read true to the Source of our being only when we are out of mind as a detached witness or in the total surrender to the follow of the heart irrespective if we are or are not a detached witness. This also means we are not out of the habits of the past.

The traditional third eye   (Top) : The eye of the mind only reads true when we become the detached witness to step out of mind and we see with what is traditionally called "the third eye." The third eye is symbolically seen as an eye above and between the two natural eyes. The third eye refers to the clarity we have when we are out of our enculturated mind and enculturated ego. When we are able to be out of mind as that detached witness, we will find the eye of the heart and the eye of the mind (here the third eye) will be in alignment. They will not necessarily give the same information but they will be consistent. They will differ in what information they give only because they represent two different aspects of being, much like the front and back of a coin. The heart represents the reason and intention for becoming incarnate. The eye of the mind is the view from our individual point of consciousness which is using the body as a vehicle for a physical experience. The two will be in agreement if we are doing what we came to do.

Why the two views differ  (Top) : The issue with which we will need to deal in following the lead of our creative life energy is why our two eyes, the eye of the heart and the eye of the mind are different. One eye, either view, is not right and the other wrong. They are just different and we need to understand why they are different and how to work with that difference. In some ways the eye of the heart is blind in that it doesn’t look outward for comparisons and judgments. It look at and response to the inner world. As a result, heart is seen as being rather innocent in the eyes of the world. The eye of the mind is outward looking and can become very discerning but it can also become lost in all that it sees just like not being able to see the forest because of all the trees. Unless we have aligned those two worlds we will always have a disagreement.

Eye of the heart  (Top) : The eye of the heart is capable of working with our creative life energy and it is the key to being able to dance with the energy that flows within our being. Whether we call this energy the God within, our Spirit, the Source of Beingness, our Higher Self, the Consciousness of All That Is, or anything else, it is knowable and we can work with It. Simply said, the Consciousness of All That Is, is knowable. To have a particular idea or concept about this Consciousness as in calling it God and creating ideas about God and giving God some form, any form, and describing what God is or isn’t, other than embracing everything we see, feel and experience as It, will cause we to create an experience of the particular ideas we have about God. In doing so we create a concept of God and then experience that concept of God such that "God" is limited by our own mind and that causes us to cut us off from the Source itself for we have limited our concept of it. We only need to understand that reality will mold itself to whatever we intend and everything that we hold as a belief is in some way is an intention. To believe God (meaning the creative life energy the created and sustains Creation) is unknowable, then God will It will be unknowable.

To believe God is separate from us or Creation will give us the experience of being separated from our own Source of Being. To know God, or to learn to readily work with the creative life energy that sustains us and flows from the Source, we need to believe that it is possible. We will have to believe God is totally knowable for us to access the depth and breath of our own creative powers. To work with the flow of energy that emanates from the Source we will need to learn to experience life at its fullness with gratitude and learn to be happy with what is for all that is has only formed Itself to give us an experience of what we believe. Reality is perfect the way it is for we have only created what we believe. To create a new reality, we will have to think and believe differently. To see differently, we will have to de-focus and decouple the eyes of our heart and mind to see what reality looks like from the eye of  mind and the eye of the heart. We will need to study both.

Eye of the mind   (Top) : Energy consciousness molds itself into a creation by how and what consciousness thinks and then creates experiences to identify itself within that environment in which it finds itself. The body, the vehicle for the experience, as represented by the heart, senses what is and experiences what is as it is, with no judgment or preconceived expectation. Consciousness then defines itself by the experiences it has in the body in whatever its environment. Mind and its awareness of the body feelings is the bridge between how consciousness is defining itself by the experiences it has and how it creates and the actual experiences it has within the body. Awareness of mind and awareness of feelings are the two anchor points for the bridge to be built. Understand of the connection of the two is the bridge. Unless we are aware of our feelings, we will be unable to use this bridge to understand how we have created what we experience.

The problem we face is that consciousness, whether the infinite spectrum of Consciousness or one of the points along that spectrum (such as us), is infinite. The experience that consciousness has in the moment is only one of a infinite arrangements of the energy that is possible. However, the conscious portions of the consciousness begins to define itself by the experience it is having and it will compare the current experience to whatever experience it remembers as having. How this conscious consciousness defines itself is then dependent on what it remembers as a limited conscious consciousness and uses that memory for comparison against the actual experience it is having in it current environment, which is only one experience of an infinite set of experiences. Hence, conscious consciousness forms a limited perspective of who and what it is. As long as we stay in our conscious consciousness, we do not learn how to utilize and work with our nonconscious consciousness and move past the cage of our own making. We will always be extremely limited in our ability to both understand how we create our reality and the reality of our choice.

Relearning to dance - following our energy   (Top)

We, as each of us, must learn how to work with the energy of creation/Creation and how to communicate with it in the way that it wants to communicate with us and in the way it wants to dance with us. It wants to be in movement and in flow. To be in the flow and in the movement of the energy, to dance with the energy, we have to go beyond words and beyond symbols, beyond mind to be in the flow. To be in the world of words, we are removed several times from the energy itself. The world of symbols takes us a bit closer to the energy but we are still removed from the energy itself. Hence the dilemma, "How do we communicate in words and/or symbols something that cannot be communicated in words or symbols?" The answers is actually easy. It is to dance with the energy. Rather than staying in place, we suggest we dance with the energy and follow its lead, at least until we learn the dance. In time, the energy will allow us to lead, but we must first know the dance. To dance we surrender and allow the energy to lead. We will have to surrender to the "feeling" that we feel; we will have to act on the "knowing" that we have; and we will have to follow what we "see" and hear in "listening." Anything the mind thinks will interfere with the dance.

There is a story told in a set of tapes called "The Mystical Kabbalah." The story is about Moses experiencing the Dancing Light and is told by Rabbi David A. Cooper and found in Chapter 3:

"When Moses went up Mount Sinai to receive the Torah (the five books of Moses), the first thing that happened was that the Divine sent down one white light and it circled Moses and in it was the teachings of the Torah. But Moses didn’t understand and didn’t know how to work with this light. And so the Divine sent down to Moses four Hebrew letters: the letter Yod, and He, and Vau and He, this is called the tetragrammaton. These four holy letters represent the name of God. In them all of the teachings of the creation and of the Universe were contained. But Moses looked at these four letters and didn’t understand. So then this mishna, this oral tradition teaches, a whole stream of letters came flying forth and circled Moses and he still didn’t understand what the letters meant. And then, on the next level, it said that the letters formed with breaks in-between them and so they formed into words and finally at that point Moses understood and recorded what he saw and what he experienced. Out of that came the written Torah."

The Dancing Light is the Source but it is the Source that has already taken a form so that it could be understood by Moses. It communicated to Moses in a way that could be experienced but Moses could not understand. One has to be willing to surrender to the experience and trust that understanding will come in time. What is suggested here is if Moses was willing to step out of mind, he could have felt the dance and allowed his feelings to do the dance with the energy in which, there would be no book but rather only the creation of an experience and then allowing that experience to lead one’s life. Allowing what is felt to lead our life is more like a vision quest of many Native American tribes.

Of course, one can ask, "If there would be no book if Moses had followed the Dance, why has the material on the Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity applications been written - why are thy needed if the answer is to dance with what we feel?". The only reason for these web sites and discussion topics is to give our mind the understanding that it is safe to allow is to step out of mind to feel and to surrender to, and allow, those feelings and associated body wisdom and intuitive guidance to lead our life. The Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity applications and material is no more than an invitation to a dance. A dance between us and our own creative life energy which flows from the Source of Creation which desire to be expressed in the world in its way, not the way of our mind and the way we think and believe.

In any case, the particular dance the Dancing Light performs depends on who and what is observing and how they are observing. It will always form Itself in a way the one observing can dance with it, if they are willing to dance. The particular dance the Light takes depends on the intention behind the observation. The Dance that Moses observed and in which he was invited to participate was unique to Moses. The Dance that we are invited to participate in will look and be different than the Dance of Moses, although there will be many parts that are the same. To learn to dance, we will have to discern Its communication from our mind.

Discerning the communications   (Top)

Although there are many common elements as to how the creative life energy of the universe communicates with an individual, the exact way it communicates with us is unique to our being and we will need to learn and discern its communication.

It is incumbent upon each of us to do our own "experiments" in both actively talking and passively listening to this energy. The easiest way to learn how our creative life energy communicates with us is to set a clear intention to manifest something or some experience and then see how we are lead to manifest what is desired. In this process, it needs to be understood that all of the words that we use to describe communication with the creative life energy that flows within our being from the Source will be misnomers and inaccurate. To use the phrase "learning how to listen" and using the worlds such as "listening," "feeling," "knowing," "seeing," "perceiving," and the like to describe how to communicate with the creative life energy that is sustaining our being are actually misnomers and although they can function as adequate analogies, they are all somewhat misleading. We cannot expect to see, hear, feel, smell, taste and even know something in the way we are accustomed to doing. We can expect differences and subtleties

The first thing we need to do is become aware of the body sensations and distinguish between body sensations, the actual body feeling, and the labels we give the emotions of the mind. We must learn to become aware of our kinesthetic responses, that is, the perception of muscular movement in response to the energy that is being sensed or how we directing our energy. Then, when we become aware of how our mind creates body sensations, we can then better understand what our body is communicating when we step out of mind.

It must be understood, mind has no feelings or sensations in the body. It can create sensations in the body by what it thinks and it can direct our creative life energy to create body sensations. But mind itself does not "feel." Mind has no feelings of its own for mind is consciousness. Feeling arise from the mismatch between the flow of energy and what the mind thinks. It arises from the mismatch between where we are directing the energy and where the energy is able to flow. When the energy is free to flow we experience an expansive feeling of freedom. Every other feeling is a stepping down of the feeling of freedom until there is no movement. When the energy wants to flow but it is blocked we will feel discomfort if not outright pain As we will come to learn, even what we "feel" in compassion and love are in many ways are mismatched energy. In these cases, our focus is often directed outward without realizing the interconnectedness and looking inward at the attachments we have that causes us, and allows us, to feel love or compassion for one but not another.

Our problem in being human and in following the creative life energy is two fold. One is recognizing and discerning between what we "feel," "know," "see," and ""hear" that are body sensations arising from what the body senses and those sensations we created by our mind by what it thinks. To this list we need to add, "smell," "taste," "remember" "dream," and any other terms that we can use to describe the five senses and/or the mental processes of the mind that we label as body sensations - anger, love, hate, compassion and the like. Because our creative life energy will ultimately be stuck communicating with our mind we will have to develop this discerning ability in our mind and we can only do it if we are capable of becoming that detached witness. Our mind is the obstacle to the dance with the creative life energy within our being and nothing else. However, our mind is also the door way to the dance. Mind is very much a two edge sword.

Many of us ask again and again for messages, for signs, for some other form of communications and for understanding. Yet we rarely take the time to listen either to feel and see inside and feel and see outside. How can we hear the answer if we are too busy to listen or do not know how to listen? To listen, we need to be patient and being patient can take time. Listening takes time. Additionally we have to remove our expectations as to what we will get and how we will get it. We need to be especially careful to listen for the messages of "coincidences " and synchronicities that come from the environment itself. Many Native America traditions, as probably other indigenous traditions, have a concept call the "familiar." The familiar is usually an animal or it can be another aspect of nature, that enters our lives to give us a sign or message. But we must be open to see the familiar as to what it is. The story about the maharaj who is reading the Gita on the bank of the Ganga, in the book by Muktananda entitled "I Have Become Alive" found in the discussion topic, "Stories of fragmentation" is another form of the familiar.

We live in a age of fast foods, instant communications, and rapid transit. We expect our answers now. We expect our answers, our enlightenment, our understanding, and the development of our creative abilities now. However, listening, as is developing our creative ability, is a skill and it takes time to develop such a skill. One needs to practice. They need to practice clarity of intent for what they ask and then practice being quiet. Being quite is not necessarily meditation and/or prayer as they are taught. Rather it is just a going within, taking the time to listen, and be quite. It is about creating the space internally within one’s being and externally within one’s world to listen, then we will hear. When we can listen internally and externally, then we will see the signs and receive the messages for remember, all the communication does not come internally. Much of it comes externally in the form of what appears in our life. Of course, at the same time, we will develop the art of patients and awaiting for the universe to respond it its way.

In learning to listen and being lead by what we see and hear, there is a subtle difference in allowing our creative passion to lead and our body wisdom and intuitive guidance. If we wish to align with our creative life energy, we only need to act in the direction that allows us to feel an internal satisfaction of joy or bliss or we only need to move in the direction to allow ourselves to experience it. To allow the body wisdom and intuitive guidance to lead, we need to ask ourselves, or rather ask ourselves though our heart, "What do I feel? Is there any part of my body talking to me?" Or we ask, "What does my intuitive guidance say?" and then clear the mind of it thinking and go inside to see what our intuitive guidance has to say or what direction it leads. It also need to be remembered, asking "Why" questions takes us to the mind. Asking "How" or "What" such as "How do I do..." or "What does it look like that I am doing to...." takes us to the heart and out of mind.

Following our creative life energy is a feminine approach to live in that we surrender to the feelings of inner joy and bliss without involving the mind. It is much like the innocent and spontaneous childlike play of discovery and exploration since we remain in feelings. Following the body wisdom and intuitive guidance is a more masculine approach in that we thrust forward by asking what we need to do and our asking has created the direction we will need to go. Following the creative life energy is more useful for aligning with the intention for our life and what we came here to do. Following the body wisdom and intuitive guidance is more used for manifesting an intention. Of course, we can hold the intention to follow our creative life energy. In this case, both our creative life energy and the body wisdom and intuitive guidance will get we to the same place only they will be slightly different paths.

The most important aspect to learn to discern the communications and to listen to what is being provided to us from our creative life energy is to learn to love ourselves. It is about learning intimately love ourselves at each and every level of our being. We cannot worry about the opinions of others. We must live as lead by our internal guidance. For example, if we really feel we need to, and want to, decline some offer or obligation, we need to say so and don’t do it. Otherwise we are compromising our truth. If we fail to do so, anger will creep in for we are denying our truth. We will resent the commitment, and we will resent the person who obligated we. Both the anger and resentment block our ability to listen. It is better to say no when we need to, and to say yes when we want to. It is only recommended we learn to say no and say yes as that detached witness. Otherwise, our yes or no will come from the judgment of our mind and not from a position and view of our life that can recognize what truly serves us.

However until we develop that detached witness saying no and yes from the mind is perfectly acceptable. Just realize what choices we are making for we may have to backtrack when we become that detached witness. As we practice loving ourselves and the principles here in this discussion we will come to see for ourselves, that physical discomfort, if not pain or even illness, will often follow when we are not able to decline unwanted commitments and we do not see a more "acceptable" way of saying no which serves us. The issue however, is not what we do that causes the illness or accident but the denial of our own truth. Then, in accident or illness, we have no choice but to decline because our body says no for us and we are forced to withdrawal from the decision we made. It is much healthier to assert ourselves. We need to ask ourselves and be brutally frank in our answers to the best of our ability, "What do I gain from being ill?" and "What am I forced to address when I am ill?" The answers we get tell us how we have been denying ourselves and our truth.

Puppet on a string?   (Top)

Our body is a vehicle for a physical experience. It senses the current flow pattern from the Source, the particular dance the Light is doing. The energy it senses forms a pattern within the flow of the Source to give us a physical experience of this flow corresponding to our body’s unique perspective. Our breathing and heart beating is the energy of the Source flowing in a unique pattern that is physically manifested as our body based on the intention to have a physical experience as a human being. In this regard, in some ways we are a puppet on a string and the strings are the flow pattern of our creative life energy. As has been said, when we feel that dance, see the dance and hear the music that is being played, we can begin to lead the dance.

In hearing the music of the dance, our body acts as an antenna and it perceives the energy of the flow that it experiences flawlessly. However, our unique body only experiences and amplifies a fraction of the total energy that is currently flowing from the Source. What we see and experience will differ slightly from what anyone else experiences. In the same way the antenna for our AM radio looks different than the antenna for an FM radio, they each are sensitive to different energy vibration; our body does the exact same thing. It will analogously vibrate and pick up the energy of the current flow pattern of the Source in the same way the AM antenna picks up the AM radio waves and the FM antenna picks up the FM radio waves. It will pick up that portion of the energy that our body is tuned to receive. This is why we cannot judge what another individual experiences for they perceive a slightly different energy than us.

As a physical vehicle, our body is not receptive to all the energy of the Source and it will not pick up all the energy. It will only pick up that energy necessary to have the physical experience that we desire or rather the desire that brought us into incarnation. Our body is the perfect antenna for the energy of the universe that we need to experience to meet the intention of our incarnation. There are many aspects of reality that are missed but it it only because our body is not infinite in all aspects of its being. But then, its purpose is not to be a vehicle of an infinite experience. It is only a vehicle for a physical experience.

Interpreting the energy   (Top)

The energy the body senses is received by the brain and interpreted by our mind the best it can for it is not always able to interpret everything either by design or we do not yet have the necessary minimum set of experience to do so. Our mind acts as the tuner and it can improve the interpretation of the energy that our body experiences by how it adjusts its beliefs. The nonconscious mind will present an image, thought or feeling that will best characterize the energy we experience based on what our mind knows and understands as to how it has currently defined itself by what it remembers and what it currently understands about how the universe works. The image, thought or feeling that the conscious mind receives from the nonconscious will be in as close an alignment with the energy we experienced or are experiencing as possible. If mind has no experiences to characterize what it receives, it will just disregard what it experiences or be in a puzzlement and wonderment. In some cases it will attribute what it experiences to some unseen force, being, God or some other Divine action to what is an otherwise explainable event if one had the minimum set of experiences to understand it.

The wider and deeper we understand our experiences, the wider and deeper the information is available to our mind to characterize the energy it experiences. If we live in a world of a Native American Plains Indian, the image, thought or feeling will be presented in a form that corresponds to the Plains Indian and what he/she knows and has experienced. If we live in the heart of the European Middle Ages, the information will presented in a form corresponding to that world. If we live in a modern technological world, then the information will be presented in modern analogies. If we have lived in all three, we can use a melding of the understanding of all to explain what we experience and are then able to provide a greater depth and breath into our explanation. However, it is not quite as simple as just understanding the analogies of the time and what they seem to mean. There is information within the analogy that lies beyond the analogy itself and that information is lost unless we actually live in the world where the analogy applies whether we are the one communicating or the one listening.

The closest way to understand this is similar to the way an actor can play a role. The actor can either play the part but never assume the identity of the part or he can assume the identity of the part and live and embody the role as though he literally is the role he plays. Of course, there is the pattern of the actor who as assumed the role so totally such that he doesn’t give it up after he leaves the play. The important thing to understand is the that thought, image or feeling we have is appropriate to the time and place the energy is manifesting. Some characterization of the energy we experience can be accurate for years. At other times the characterization may be valid for only a instantaneous moment. It totally depends on how fast the energy of the Source is flowing in the experience we have. This phenomena will become more apparent to us as we begin to work with the information that is presented to us.

Inserting free will   (Top)

When the thought, image or feeling is presented to our conscious mind there is an instantaneous but very noticeable time difference that we can see if we have learned to observe our mind, where the information is presented and our conscious mind recognizes the information and then begins to judge, analyze, criticize, accept, reject, deny and/or a myriad of other things mind does to whatever is presented. It is in this moment where the true power of free will comes into play. To access our creative power to create the reality of our choice, we need to become mindful of the time interval between the conscious mind’s recognizing the information that the nonconscious mind presents, and the conscious mind’s acting on that information. We will need to act on the information presented and do what the information (as a thought, image or body sensation) requires as accurately as possible both literally and figuratively. We need to be aware that what is presented may be figurative and we need to be prepared for a new image, thought or feeling to appear as a more accurate characterization of the energy becomes available as the energy continues to flow. However, the thought, image or feeling maybe literal. If it is literal, the information itself will evolve and expand the deeper we go into acting on the information as it is presented while holding the initial information in the form that it was received.

Additionally there are many ways to increase our own sensitivities to our creative life energy. To do so, we need to learn to listen to and trust our intuitive guidance. We will need to do our own experiments. Observe how often we are accurate and where we are inaccurate. We should try and understand why we were not accurate. Often it is our expectations and biases which interfere or distort the information.

It has been observed that for rapidly changing energy situations or situations where the characterization of the energy is figurative, the image, feeling or thought will change relatively quickly corresponding to the shifting energy. However, in situations where there is a long sustained flow of energy the characterization of the energy will not change and we will have to act on the literal image no matter how bizarre or strange the image, thought or feeling appears at the time we receive it and/or hold it as our internal compass. It has been found some of the strangest characterizations received and appears to the mind as most assuredly figurative have been the most accurate only when literally acted upon and implemented. In this regard it needs to be noted that when we observe the flow of the energy of the Source close to the center of the flow pattern, the image we get is more literal and longer lasting than the image we get when we observe farther away from the center of the current flow--closer to that edge that exists between the flow of the current and our point of observation. In other words, the closer we are to our ego and what our mind has come to believe about itself, what we believe acts as the boundaries to channel our creative life energy, the more figurative the information and characterization of the energy we receive. The farther away we are from our mind and what it believes, the longer lasting and more literal the information.

Any editing our conscious mind does to the information presented to it takes the images away from what it really represents and takes us away from aligning with the current flow of energy from the Source. If we are out of our conscious mind, the definition of who we think we are and how we think the universe works based on our memories and the experiences we have had and how we have chosen to define ourselves, we will not bias what the nonconscious mind presents. We will capture the image, thought or feeling unadulterated in the moment in time before our conscious mind jumps in to manipulate it.

If we cannot be happy with what is, as it is and accept what is as it is, as it comes to us, we are in our conscious mind and will bias any information we get. This brings up an important concept. We don’t have to be happy with what is and accept what is in every moment of our existence. We only have to learn to be happy with what is and accept what is in the moment in time between receiving a characterization from our nonconscious mind of the energy our body is experiencing and before our conscious mind jumps in to control and manipulate the characterization. We must be open to accept what is whatever is presented to us. Once we fully understand what is presented and have appropriately captured the information, we can judge it all we want. But that does not relieve us of our responsibility to understand it is the most accurate representation and characterization of the energy we are experiencing as our mind can supply. If we wish to align with the Source we must act on that information as it is presented the best we can in all ways. Otherwise our mind is trying to control.

If we constantly live our life not being happy with what is or we are not capable of accepting what is as it is, it will be impossible for us to be present in that moment open to what our nonconscious mind presents. The reason for this is if we open ourselves to the information that is being presented, we will have to face all the judgments and biases our mind presents. If however we can learn to move in the direction of being happy with what is and accept what is in our external world and within ourselves, we open the door to the possibility of being open to what our nonconscious mind presents. However, trying to learn to become happy with what is and accepting what is, is not sufficient. We must still become very mindful and aware of what we think, how we think and/or how we respond to the experiences we have, why we think the way we do and/or respond to the experiences we have the way we do.

we need to remember the language of consciousness is creativity. An infinite Consciousness will be forever revealing itself thought it Creations. One can only understand and communicate with this Consciousness in the language that It speaks - namely, creativity. Unless we become fluent in Its language our being we will be unable to fathom and effectively communicate with the consciousness/Consciousness that created the world we experience. To become fluent in creativity, we will have to allow ourselves to express and embody the creative passion that is inherent within our being.

Using the intuitive guidance of others   (Top)

It needs to be understood, all the information received by psychics, mediums, teachers, mystics and the like is by necessity processed by the individuals mind before it can be transmitted to us. Any individual may receive messages from nonphysical reality in the form of symbols, metaphors, or visions. This part of the communication might be, and is usually, very accurate. However, in the attempt to interpret or make sense of the symbol, and communicate it the individual often introduces distortion to the message. Hence an individual’s interpretation could be misleading or inaccurate. Therefore the information can be significantly distorted by the individual’s mental processes and what the individual thinks and believes. The amount of distortion depends on the individual’s agenda/intention and personal issues around the information. All these individuals are human. As a human, even gifted intuitive individuals can deliver distorted information if their personal problems, intentions, moods, concerns, desires or judgments interfere with the intuitive process.

The recommendation is to develop and learn to how use our own intuitive guidance, body wisdom and the like and learn how to listen and communicate with our own creative life energy/creative spirit in the way it desires to communicate.
