Some thoughts based on the exploration of our inherent creativity and the observation of individuals who have sought to access the depth and breadth of their unlimited creativity are as follows. This discussion actually arose from a correspondence to an individual in an attempt to describe to them what they could expect to see from such a journey and experience.

One of the primary observations from the exploration of our inherent creativity is that people are doing the best they can. Contrary to what our mind may think and the judgments we have, if people really understood something different, they would act differently. Regardless of what an individual says, and what they say they believe, and how they believe they should act, they act in the world the best they can based on what they truly believe. It is our actions in the world which reveals what is really governing our life. Although we think we could do better or others think we should do better, in reality, we have not been given the understanding or the tools to do any better than we do. In this regard, there is the need for a great compassion in the awareness that individuals are doing the best they can. In this compassion we are willing to let go of all that we think others have caused us.

Relative for the need for great compassion, there is the need for a great compassion even for one who has an experience of the Source of Creation. This may be surprising. But there is the need for this compassion to understand that each of us are doing the best we can with what we have been given, including those who experience the Source. The reason for this is, as a result of how mind works, what is clear is what an individual thinks they experienced is not necessary an accurate description of what they experience. In this compassion we are willing to let go of what we think the one who experiences the Source should know and understand as result of that experience.

What needs to be understood is that we each access the Source of Creation in our own unique way for we each are a unique aspect of the Source expressed in its own unique way. This fact is the whole basis for the Creation Story for the Creativity Perspective. When the exploration of our inherent creativity started, all the conventional beliefs about God, the nature of Creation and the nature of man governed what was observed and how the journey progressed. However, in time it was found all those initial beliefs and understanding had to be discarded. Quite simply, the infinity could not be contained in the limited and boundaries imposed by our mind, or any mind, in what it thinks and believes. No aspect of the journey really unfolded the way mind thought or expected it should unfold. By the time the journey was over, all the starting beliefs and understanding had been totally turned upside down. It took years to find a way to express an alternative view and an alternative way to lay out a plausible path (actually four generic paths) that another could take to access the Source within their own being, have a conscious experience of it, and not become trapped by the mind as presented in the topic, "The problem of mind and the experience of the Source of Creation - the trap of mind."

The journey in into the exploration of our inherent creativity became quite a surprise. It stated out as an exploration of creativity in the workplace to find a way to make the workplace a little easier and more productive and ended up in an experience of the Source and totally puzzlement. It was total puzzlement as to why there was not a common understanding of exactly what an experience of the Source of Creation looked like. But the answer should have been obvious but it had two parts. One part was that, quite simply, a whole different view of Creation was needed to fully understand what was experienced. There was the need to flush out all that was in mind and to step out of mind and all that what we think and believe to return to a beginner’s mind and just be open to what is, as it is without preconceived ideas and expectation. That in itself can be quite challenging and hard to do.

The second part was to realize the problem of mind and the experience of the Source. This issue took several years before the realization was made as to how mind was biasing what we think we experience, including an experience of the Source. Here was the needed realization that mind is only a collection of the experiences we have and all the experiences we have had is only a small faction of what is possible to experience. The Source is an experience of the infinity. No limitations, no boundaries, a complete freedom. We cannot accurately describe the Source with any description provided by mind. Rather, the experience of the Source is a feelings and it is in the awareness of the feeling we can capture the infinity. However, as soon as mind tries to define, explain or otherwise attempts to explain the infinity in its limited perception it destroys the experience of the Source. Hence the repeated recommendation to step out of mind and surrender to the feeling of the fullness of being or its equivalent to carry us into and experience of the Source.

It took some time to realizes that we are the Source of Creation manifested and we can all have a conscious experience of it. It is readily available and open to us except for one thing. Because of that one thing, we are kept from the very things we all ultimately seek and we are kept from that inner satisfaction that never runs dry no matter what is happening in our life. What a marvelous way to hide the secret of Creation. It is said in several traditions in equivalent ways that God is closer than our juggler vein. In actually, what people call God and look for in God, what is really what would call the Creator, actually lies within our heart and what we feel. Creative power lies in what we feel. There was never any expectation to find such a thing as the Source of Creation exploring creativity. But then in only makes senses. To explore creativity to its depths only makes sense that one would ultimately stumble upon the Creator and the Source of Creation.

As discussed else where, near the start of the journey into the exploration of our inherent creativity, there was an exploration into what psychics could see and perceive. The challenge was to understand how they seemed to see into the future or the past and how and why we had certain events, experiences, illness and the like in our life. Sometimes they seem incredibly accurate and at other times they could never be father from the truth of what unfolded. Although it eventually became clear what the psychics were observing and why they were sometime incredibly accurate and at other times incredibly wrong, two things seems to come up again and again about their description of the exploration of our inherent creativity. One was that the journey would not unfold the way mind expected the journey to unfold. The second was that the journey was about accessing and/or addressing ancient temple rites.

For the longest time, it was unclear why such statements would be made as to what was being referred. The journey started as a journey simply to explore why individuals were not creative in the workplace. Then, in the awareness of what was being found about our inherent creativity, the desire arose as to the need to find a way free the creative spirit found within each heart. Without realizing it at the time, there was a stumbling into an experience of the Source of Creation. Yet, there was not the realization that the Source of Creation lies within our own heart. Mind lead again and again to look else where. Only in time was there the realization the issue is mind and was mind. Mind continually takes us away from what lies within. Only in time did it become clear that even in those who teach things like meditation and/or teach going within miss the Source. The Source is not something that can be obtain with mind, nor understood by mind. It is something that is accessible only through feelings. Hence we need to use our feelings and the vehicle we have for feeling, the body.

Only in time did it become clear there is an awareness which lies in feeling and there is an awareness in what the body feels. The key to an experience of the Source of Creation is feeling and it is a particular type and kind of feeling which will take us there. It is a feeling of freedom which starts as a feeling of fullness within our being and if we follow that feeling of fullness into the expansion of our being. Then in following the feeling of expansion, we will move into and through an experience of the infinity of our being and into the Source of Creation. In this regard, the journey of the exploration into our inherent creativity was accessing ancient temple rites. The journey was about understanding how to access the creative power/Creative Power within, or behind, creation/Creation which the ancient temples tried to capture long before organized religions as we know them today came onto the scene.

What is so sad about the human condition is that we have come to believe with our mind what an experience of the Source of Creation is suppose to be like, what heaven or Nirvana is suppose to be like, and what similar experiences are suppose to be . Rather than just allowing ourselves to experience the Source for what it is, mind keeps us away from the experience even when an individual stumbles into it. What is not understood is what we seek in life is within our own heart. But, we have to learn to become open to our heart and what it is communicating to us.

There is no doubt what is in this writing is correct in that it points the way. It just may not be presented in a way that is readily understood for each mind has a different set of starting experiences to begin such a journey. Nor does what is provided here necessary use words and images another can understand for we all have different experiences. But then, it needs to be realized, how can we expect words to accurately describe something which must be experienced and best experienced in a feeling. All that can be done is to point the way with what we have. As discussed in the topic, "The problem of mind and the experience of the Source of Creation - the trap of mind " what we ultimately think we experience is determined by our own mind and our own mind keeps us from the truth of what is. It needs to be understood that what is said in this paragraph is true for what an individual tries to communicate about an experience of the Source and how to achieve it.

Based on what has been observed relative to what we experience in the Source of Creation a comments can be made that appear to hold true generically.

One observation is that we do possess two ways to view Creation - mind and heart, or better said, thinking and feeling. The observation from the exploration of our inherent creativity relative to these two views is we need to learn to develop both. Then we need to learn to dance between the two ways of perceiving Creation and knowing what each is telling us. If we focus on one or the other we will miss the truth of Creation.

What has been observed is most just do not know how to do the dance between the two. Most have never learned how to view Creation separately through each view to know what each is providing. We are taught how to use mind and most are frighten by what they feel deep within their being. Mind, as we currently know mind, arises as a result of the experiences we have had in this lifetime. Mind only knows the past so it often has no way to really understand and characterize what we feel when we are sensing an unknown or previously unexperienced energy. Most never learn to develop the feeling side of their being. Those that do explore feeling and the sensate then get trapped in the feeling rather than looking at, and exploring, the awareness available within, behind or giving rise to the feeling.

A second observation is that what keeps people from experiencing the Source of Creation lies within their own being. It is that to consciously feel the Source is overwhelming. Some feel they will explode like a balloon. Other see it falling into deep bottomless abyss. Other seen is as simply being overcome with an extremely warm feeling in the heart that will burn them up. Some see it as what has been called the Kundalini and see it as awaking from the sexual organs moving upwards. Then again, some see it as as simply awakening long dormant sexual feelings and/or a tremendous sexual passion. Others experience it as a profound creativity and a passion to create. What each experiences is different. For many, an experience of a place with no limits and no boundaries after having lived with the limits and boundaries of mind is simply overwhelming and frightening.

Rather than having enough trust in oneself to just be with the feelings and to surrender to what we feel to allow the feelings to lead, (assuming we don’t run away) we are taught to control what we feel. We are taught to control what we feel and direct it in a way that some teacher or authority is suppose to know. Somehow humanity has come to think a human teacher or authority knows better than the Creator as to what the Creator has put into each heart to be freely expressed and followed. That is, we need to learn to trust and follow the feeling that is within.

Another observation is what we ultimate seek for joy and comfort in life lies within our own heart. Once we attend to the basic physical needs for the body, what provides satisfaction in life that will never run dry lies within. It is here the issue of the dance becomes most important. We need to look outside ourselves to meet the needs of the body and its survival. But, we need to focus within to see what really gives satisfaction. We tend to confuse the two. Most form the habit of looking outside for what can only be provided from within. But a person will only see the truth of this when they have an experience of that Source that lies within. Then they will know. Until we have the experience all is only words and most of the words really don’t make sense. So the question is, how does one get an experience of that Source that lies within. That of course takes us back feelings and the two views of Creation. That is, a safe and secure space to come to knows these two views and experience each independently and together so that one can learn to walk - going into and out of balance between each.

But then there is the most puzzling phenomenon for which there seems to be only one of two possible explanations. But that answer to the puzzle takes us back to the need of learning to dance between the two views.

When we accessed the Source and experienced the freedom and flow of energy we feel in the Source, a common experience is all we are lead to do is to find a way to give what we have found to others. There is no reluctance give and no desire to keep what is found for ourselves. All we can do is share it. It causes us to stop what we are doing in life and look for a way to make it available to others. The only way it seems to effectively characterize what is experienced is wonderment and "Ah" at Creation and the overwhelming desire to spontaneous and innocently discover and explore one’s self and Creation. An experience of the Source results in a profound experience to play, and the desire to unconditionally give what was found at the Source were all one and the same. It is much like a very young child looking to share what they have found.

What was initially puzzling was when individuals come close to accessing the deep inner freedom and feeling of the energy deep within their being, many seem very reluctant to give the space for another to experience that freedom. It is as thought they do not realizes in that giving that space to another they are creating the space within themselves for that feeling and flow to increase and more fully experience what they already have. There was the lack of awareness we cannot give what we do not have. The more abundance we allow to flow within our being the more we have to give. It is as thought they are trying to hold onto the freedom they found for themselves and do not realize it is something that must be given away or mind simply returns to hold their creativity captive.

Yet, it is only the appearance of the issue as discussed in the topic, "The problem of mind and the experience of the Source of Creation - the trap of mind" and the nature of energy consciousness.

That is, the nature of energy and consciousness in that reality will mold itself to give us an experience of whatever we think and believe. Not so much an experience of what we desire but an experience of what we truly believe and think at our deepest levels. To see the true Source, we have to somehow flush out and clean all that stands in the way dirtying our filter or lens we use to see Creation.

The nature of Creation is that it will mold itself to give us an experience of whatever we think and believe within the environment we find ourselves. It is incorrect to assume that when others access the Source or get close to it, they too desire to play and share what they found with others. For many play becomes painful as they remember how their play was thwarted in childhood. Consequently their experiences of the past do not allow them to move into that spontaneous and innocent childlike play. But, what can be said is that people do access a freedom that provides a profound experience to see how they were living their life did not serve them and catalyzes them to change their life. But that does not mean they will be willing or desire to share the freedom they experience with another for in the past, many have experiences of their freedom being stolen by others so mental habits return to protect what one find/recovers. As a result many tend to want to keep it more to themselves rather than share. It is not known if it is fear that arise from the past that they will lose what they have found or simply they have not set the intention nor have the desire to share. The evidence suggests it is the fear of losing what one has regained.

The best which can be said is an experience of the Source of Creation is freeing. In that freedom we can see how captive our lives have been and then we have the awareness of what needs to change in our life. Other than that, maybe nothing more can be consistently said across all the experiences individuals have of the Source other than reality will mold itself to give us an experience of whatever we think and believe. But, I do think it is safe to say, a true experience of the Source of Creation is freeing. What we do with that freedom and how we go onto cause our creativity to become captured in a cage of our own making is another question. It all depends on how we access the Source and why for what we will find will mold itself to what we think and believe.

When all is said and done, the only things which can be done seems to be as follows. Tell people that reality will mold itself to whatever we think and believe and we have a free will to express whatever we choose and we are free to change what we think and believe. However, it does need to be realized there are consequences for whatever we choose which depend on the time and place we find ourselves. Then help them experience the Source within their own being to experience the freedom within their own heart. Then, with that awareness, give them the safe and secure space to allow whatever happens to happen to allow the individual to see what it is they really think and believe and what is controlling their life. They then may need to go back to the Source and iterate the process as they clean and flush out all that does not serve them.

What has been observed over the years is people get to that place of freedom more often than not. It is just many never realized how much the past will take that freedom and mold it into an experience before the individual really has an opportunity to use the freedom they access. To help avoid that past from claiming the freedom, all that can be said is that all one really finds at the Source is freedom and we need to become very mindful and awareness of that feeling of freedom we experience and follow the feeling of freedom. Otherwise, the freedom will be lost to form an experience of whatever and person thinks and believes at their deepest levels of being when they walk into the Source

It needs to be understood, the Source is free energy that is capable of becoming conscious of itself. From this simple statement and consciousness awakening to itself all of Creation forms. All of Creation and all that we experience is only a product of what consciousness has come to think and believe about itself. May be nothing more can be said about the Source of Creation other than that. So it all boils down to, "What do we wish to experience and do we have the energy and passion to create it?"

The bottom line is: An experience of the Source is an experience of freedom. We can use the experience of the feeling of freedom and fullness of being in the experience of the Source to guide our life. We only need to hold the feeling of freedom and allow ourselves to return to mind and see what we feel in moving in the direction which mind is directing us to move. Then compare that feeling to being free to move in any given direction in life. The difference in feeling gives an idea as to how captive we are.

A process to experience the Source

The following process has been one process used to help guide others into an experience of the Source. It is not the only process but simply a way that has been found effective.

First the individual will need to understanding the Source of Creation is only free energy and Creation forms based on how the consciousness within the energy awakens to itself. This approach builds on the understanding of the Source and that all the Source of Creation is, is a place of freedom, freedom of movement and freedom to be in spontaneous and innocent childlike play with that of a beginner’s mind without the biasing of mind and the past biases what consciousness thinks and believes to have an experience of Creation. The only single common characteristic that can be stated about the Source is that it is a place of free energy and freedom (no-thing-ness, no-form) of movement in any direction, which will assume a form based on whatever consciousness thinks and believes. This, of course, may be hard for many individuals to grasp. But they could take it on faith if what is said feels correct for them and/or they trust the individual that are guiding them.

The goal is to return to a place of freedom and free energy. Then seen how the energy found in the freedom forms to create a new set of experiences. Then based on what forms, the individual will get an understanding of the deeper pains, issues and beliefs that they carry. The process can, and most probably, will be iterated going to deeper and deeper levels as the individual chooses to go to recreate their life. Or, the individual can simply work on what is found.

A questionnaire similar to the seven chakra questionnaire for rituals, the "Belief and thinking inventory," or some other way to investigate what the individual believes which may be keeping the bound. Whatever is done needs to explore where and individual’s freedom is currently being curtailed. That is, it could be used to look at, and identify, the cage that the individual has created for their creativity realizing the Source is free to move in all directions. The response to the questionnaire can be used to creates one or more playful rituals that frees the individual’s creativity based on what the questionnaire furnished.

One way to help access the Source is to use the questionnaire for rituals to establish what type and kind of starting ritual may be needed to free the creative spirit. The questions are used to ferret out where limits and boundaries block the freedom to act. Then construct a ritual to face those limits and boundaries literally or symbolically. A second way is to use the questionnaire as a guide to determine what the mind is thinking and believing going into the process that will bias how the individual comes out of the experience. That is, what does the individual believe that does not allow them to be free or have freedom of movement. As the individual moves toward the Source and freedom of movement, we look for obstacles and obstructions to arise where limiting beliefs exist.

The playfulness itself will create a certain level of freedom. Then in that freedom, deeper issues will surface as to the pains and experiences of the past that curtain the individuals’ creative spirit and holds it captive. The individual would then choose to work the pain of the past in their way or do another round of creating a new space of freedom based on what surfaced. There is also the need to pay attention to successive rituals iterating the process and the need to peel layers. It is to use successive rituals each getting deeper and more intense. The process then simply needs to be iterated until the individual finds the understanding to address whatever they are seeking. In general, the end point is the understanding of how the individual needs to live their life to allow their creative spirit to feel free or have the freedom it needs to do what the individual desires to do. The freedom of the creative spirit itself will lead to an experience of the Source.

This approach then needs to be coupled with opportunities for the individual to explore both their heart and mind. They will need to look seriously at what they think and believe and the enculturation they have been given in life. Part of this can be accomplished through something like the questionnaire. They will also need time to explore their feelings and come to understand what serves or doesn’t serve them based on what they feel. In essence, this is to calibrate their internal compass to see what provides a fullness of being, an fullness of life and a desire to engage life. Experimenting with what makes an individual feel alive and desire to be in life can also be used to gather information which could be used in any rituals created.

In this whole process, there is no right way or wrong way or any judgments on how the individual may want to limit their creativity in what they choose to do or not do. The whole process is to help them create a space of freedom to explore who and what they are and what is controlling their freedom of movement to live the life they desire to have. It is realizing of course, inner satisfaction ultimately comes from within, not based on any particular things outside for there are many different external things that can give is a similar internal experience.
