Within a given
creation/Creation
energy can neither be created or destroyed, only transformed.

Since
all the energy of an existing creation is either in an
existing form or flowing into form some existing form or flow
will need to be given up to manifest a new creation.

As consciousness expands or
contracts itself by either redefining itself or focusing itself,
energy flows into the new awareness and focus of attention.
Correspondingly,
something, somewhere is sacrificed to that flow of energy
whether it be something within the existing creation or the
Creation itself.

We cannot, and will not, get
something from nothing. There will be a
sacrifice and transformation accompanying any
creation/Creation.
Although mystics talk about creating something from nothing it is an
illusion and only the lack of awareness of the whole
creative process. From nothing we get the transformation of
energy consciousness into consciousness in the form of awareness
and energy in the from of flow. That is all that we really have and
unless we change our level of awareness for the energy available in
an existing creation is fixed. We can either transform our energy
within a given creation, that is, in the way we are observing, or
change our level of awareness. However, unless you change our
awareness we cannot transcend the world in which we find ourselves.
The choice is ours and always was and will be ours.
The statement that energy can neither be created or destroyed, only
transformed can be interpreted to imply there is a fixed amount of
energy Creation and that would be in conflict with the concept of an
infinite consciousness with infinite creativity if, in fact, energy
and consciousness are one and the same. What needs to be remembered
is that energy manifests only in proportion to the awareness of the
consciousness to create though its observation. Energy consciousness
is what is infinite not necessarily the consciousness or energy
manifested by that consciousness. It just need to be realized that
there are creations within creation. The energy within an existing
creation/Creation
is fixed. The question is, what existing creation/Creation is
bounding what we are attempting to create.
To better understand this, we can use the analogy of a perfectly
calm pool of water where the water is energy consciousness. In this
water analogy, there must be a disturbance in the water for a ripple
to form. To form the ripple, there must be some type of compression
and subsequent expansion, like when a pebble is dropped compressing
the water surface, or some expansion followed by a compression, such
as a bubble air released and collapsing in the water.
Consciousness, by awakening, focuses its attention at a point and
that is analogous to the water compressing itself. As this same
consciousness observes outward from this point, it expands its
attention outward causing the ripple in the water of energy
consciousness that the consciousness experiences as a creation or an
experience in creation. The amount of energy in that creation is
fixed by how awake and aware the consciousness is of itself. The
actual form of the creation is determined by how consciousness
observes. There are an infinite number of ways to observe any give
manifestation of energy. The greater the depth and breath of one’s
awareness of their own being, the greater the energy that manifests
in the creation we experience and the greater the depth and breath
of the creation experienced. How we change how we choose to observe
the creation we experience we observe another creation of the same
form and type but different. To change a creation or how we observes
our creation without changing the level of our awareness, some
existing aspect of the existing creation must be transformed into
the new creation. If we changes our awareness we will change our
entire creation and although it may look the same, it will function
and be experienced quite differently.
Until we learns how to transform an existing creation by how we
consciously observe creation, we will not understand and be able to
use the energy that comes with a deeper, or rather a more expansive,
level of awareness. Most do increase their awareness as part of the
natural process of unfoldment of their consciousness but they try
and live in the world they had prior to their new level of awareness
because of habits, likes, dislikes and other such attachments. Hence
to access our creative power, we need to learn how to transform the
energy within our existing level of awareness by how we are choosing
to consciously observe the creation we experience. As we learn to
change creation by our power of conscious observation, it become
relatively a simple matter to expand our awareness in any direction
we wish.
The energy in any creation is fixed and we must work within the
fixed creation we find ourselves if we desire to experience that
creation. If we are in
Physical Creation to have a physical experience as a human being
then we must learn to work within the fixed energy of Physical
Creation other wise we will be
negating our own reason for being here. What we will come to see
is as a human, we stand between two creations. One is the physical
plane and the body we inhabit and the other is our individual
consciousness and the experiences we have while in the body.
The energy of the physical plane is fixed by
the consciousness that is observing the physical plane. That is, its
creator/Creator, which by the way is not necessarily our
creator/Creator. Our energy and the
Physical Creation we experience is fixed by how we are choosing
to observe both ourselves and the physical plane and our level of
awareness of each. It is entirely possible for us to expand our
level of awareness to that of the consciousness creating the
physical plane. In doing so, we will see the full depth and breath
of physical Creation for what it is without our filters and biases.
However, we can independently explore the depth and breath of our
own consciousness that is just as expansive as that of the
creator/Creator of the
Physical Creation. The energy we access in establishing the
depth and breath of our awareness as an
individuated point of consciousness will not necessarily be
readily transferable to the physical plane unless we align with and
understand the matching facets of our awareness and its awareness.
Alternative said, unless we can be happy with what is, as it is
because we understand why it is the way it is, we will not
understand how to use our awareness in the physical plane to
effectively change what we physically experience. Actually we align
our awareness with the awareness of the physical plane all that time
to some degree but we never realize exactly what we are doing. This
is why some ways of understand create more powerful results in the
physical world than others.
The bottom line to all of this is that we will not “get” more energy
and we cannot get rid of what we have unless we learn to transform
what we already have. We either need to transform our energy within
the creation we are experiencing or we transform our consciousness
causing a different creation to manifest. It does need to be noted
and emphasized here that “a different creation to manifest” does not
mean a completely new world. We are talking about a world that may
be physical seemingly completely the same as before yet totally
different in how we see and experience that creation. Because we see
and respond to what we experience differently, we cause a different
set of experience to unfold.
Implications (Top)
One issue we all continually face
is we do not fully understand and/or pursue the implications of what
we know and believe. Often we never take what we think and believe
to their full implication. What is suggest here is that we ask the
question, “What does this building block really mean - in possessing
the understanding contained within this building block, can we
really continue to live the life we had lived in the past?”
We cannot, and will not, get
something from nothing. There will be always be
sacrifice and transformation accompanying any creative endeavor.
We will need to transform the energy, our consciousness or both. If
we are
unwilling to pay the price, we will interfere with our own
creative effort.
We only have twenty-four hours a day of
creative life energy available to us. To get more energy for a
particular creative endeavors, we will need to rearrange our life to
get more time available or change our consciousness to figure out to
become more efficient with the what we have or, increase the flow of
energy by accessing
our creative passion.
Contemplations and/or
exercises (Top)
Each building block can be studied
as a musician would study exercises to learn to become proficient on
their instrument. We have the option of becoming more aware of the
building block in our life and/or become more attuned to using it in
our life and our creative endeavors. The following
contemplations/exercises are provided as a starting point to explore
this building block and/or on which to do our own experiments. Some
exercises can be used for more than one building block and may
overlap with others.
We should not be limited or constrained by these exercises in any
way. Nor is what is listed below complete. There is the
need for each of us to do our own experiments for each of us are
a creation and a
world unto ourselves.We can only explore our uniqueness by doing
our own experiments and investigations into that uniqueness. We need
to access our own
creative power and creativity ability and use our
creative imagination to construct the type and kind of
experiments that we need to do. If we

Building block as a
divination tool (Top)
If the
Creation Building Blocks are used as a
divination tool of the
unseen and this building block arises, consideration should be
given to the following interpretation as to it meaning. However, it
needs to be emphasized, although we may use the insights of others,
including those found below, we need to learn to develop and use our
own
intuitive guidance,
body wisdom and understanding. There are no
mistakes in a truly creative endeavor. There are only learning
experiences until we obtain that
minimum set of experience to understand how to create what we
desire.
Generic considerations to all
building blocks which arise are:

Lack of knowledge:
Consider the possibility that we do not know enough about the
building block and what it means. Consider the need to learn
more about the building block and to do some of our own
experiments with the building block to explore what
creative power and creativity ability it provides us..

Influence of past
experiences: The implications of this building block may
be acting as an obstruction to what we desire to create. That
is, for whatever reason of the past, such as our
loss of creative play, we are not free to either accept what
this building block has to offer or what it means for our life.
Here we will need to do whatever is required to remove what is
keeping us from facing the implications of the building block.

Acting on what we get:
It is recommended, whatever we get, we need to become aware of
the intention we hold for consulting a
divination tool and
consult our intuitive guidance as to what we need to
do and/or how we need to respond to the response we get. We then
need to
honor the intuitive guidance we get.

Why

One question that may be asked is, “Why are hyperlinks created for
files that are not fully loaded?”
There are three reasons for this.
One is the hyperlinks identify the next priority for topics that
should be addressed. There are many topics that can be addressed.
The hyperlinks help identify the additional information to support
those topics that are already placed on the web. However, the number
of hyperlinks tend to be multiplicative. Each file loaded may have
several hyperlinks and the number of new files grows faster than the
material that can be addressed with currently available resources.
The second reason is the file topics let you know the depth and
breadth of the subjects that you creativity can address. The file
topics identify the types and kinds of topics impacted by our
inherent creative power and abilities and the hyperlinks help
identify some of the interconnection between those topics. In this
regard, the files identify what is available to you in and through
the Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity Technology.
The previous fact leads directly to the third reason. Calculations
indicate, given the time available, the amount of material to make
available, and the current available resources, it could take on the
order of several years to format all the material about our inherent
creative power and ability and provide it all on the web. Since one
intent of the Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity material is to
give individuals what they need the question is, “Out of all the
possible topics that can be addressed, what topics do individuals
wish or need to hear about?” To address this, each file has a
“contact” hyperlink. That link provides an email which contains the
subject line of the file accessed. Those topics which receive
inquiries as to the availability of content of the file will rise in
the priority list of things to be addressed. Otherwise, priorities
will be set based on what the author feels lead to do. So, if you
