How we implement these steps

What  is provided in this topic is some principles and concepts to undertake a the journey of reconstituting our creative ability and creative power. However, it is only a starting point for the process. There are a myriad of ways in which we can shatter and fragment our creative life energy and the way each of us have done is unique to our own being. As such, what we will need to do will be unique to us. All that can be given are guidelines, principles, methods and the like that can assist us on our own individual journey. The most important thing we can do, as provided in this approach, to reconstitute our creative ability and creative power is to use our own creative ability and creative power as opposed to trying to follow another.

Background  (Top)

In understanding our intentions are what create the reality we experience and reality will mold itself to whatever we intend, it is through the clear intentional focus of our attention and awareness that we will reconstitute our creative ability and creative power. As with any journey, the journey of reconstitution is a series of steps. As such, the journey of reconstitution a process. It is process of successive intentions building on the last intention directing our creative ability and creative power into a coherent focus.

Of course the journey starts with a clear intention and desire to reconstitute our creative ability and creative power to create the experiences of our choice. This choice is about choosing to discreate the illusion of mind as to who and what we are that we are now using to create the experiences we have and all that comes with that illusion. In this journey, the most essential tool we can employ in reconstitution of our creative life energy is our body wisdom and intuitive guidance. There are the facets of our reality most intimate with how and why our creative life energy is flowing in the way it does and are guides that will lead we to the fastest way to reconstitute our creative ability and creative power. However, that understanding can only be accessed through our body wisdom and intuitive guidance. No one can direct us to it. We need to do it ourselves.

In understanding the creative process and the types and kinds of issue we will face in reconstituting our creative ability and creative power we can also make it safer and gentler. But then we need to set the intention to make the journey safer and gentler. It will not happen by itself. In setting that intention we then need to ask our intuitive guidance how to do so and follow the direction it provides.

In addition to setting any clear intention, it is most appropriate to look to see why we desire to take any creative journey. The same truth holds in reconsolidating our creative ability and creative power as in choosing to explore the depth and breadth of our creativity. If we take this journey of reconstitution to relieve our pain, to relieve our dissatisfaction, to remove our boredom, to seek power our journey will be hard and that focus will us from reconstituting our all creativity. We should look at what we really seeking and why. We need to understand what is the real catalyst for our journey for the intention we hold at the root of our decision will greatly bias what we find. The best type of intention to have one that is directed toward simply exploring and discovering in the innocence of childlike play what the full magnitude of our creative ability and creative power looks like. It is to seek it to only know its truth and what an experience of that truth feels like. In this regard, consideration should be given to setting the intention to restoring the ability to enter the state of spontaneous and innocent child like play. (More on... why restore the ability to enter childlike play)

There are three ways to make the inner journey of reconstitution. One is to be in the innocence of child like play simply to explore and discovery the truth of what creative ability and creative power is available to us. It is probably the best way but most will not see a return for their life so it is not the approach most will choose. The second way is to create something or go after something that requires us to have such a reconstituted creative ability and creative power. That is, to create something bigger that we ever created in our life. The third way is a combination of the two, to move in the innocent child like play and use the ability to be in spontaneous innocent child like play to make your journey to create what we desire. This third is greatly assisted if we choose to create something that seems impossible that serves others rather than ourselves or that others receive the benefit, not us.

In choosing to create something, the question does arise why an existing tradition be used. Why do we have to follow our own guidance. What needs to be understood, almost all traditions are designed to get us somewhere. Many of them lay out very altruistic goals. Many traditions can be used in the second way to reconstitute our creative ability and creative power. However, there are some considerations of which we should be aware. Some of these are discussed in the topic, “Using an existing traditions to when exploring or reconstituting our unlimited creativity.”

The recommendation and approach used here is for you to use your creative power to create your way to reconstituting your creative ability and creative power. You can use the assistance of other or any techniques that you prefer. But it is recommended you ask your intuition and allow it to lead you on your journey.

Steps in the process  (Top)

The steps in the process are the setting of a series of successive intentions. We then successively ask our intuitive guidance how we need to go about manifesting each one of the intentions we set. We then honor what our intuitive guidance gives us. This is the fastest way to reconstitute our creative ability and creative power for we rely almost exclusively on our own truth rather than what others tell us to do. In using our body wisdom and our intuitive guidance to find our way, we learn our inner language and how our creative spirit communicate to us. We become intimate with our creative spirit and learn exactly what it desires to create in the world. In that awareness we access all the creative ability and creative power it has available to it and we learn how to access more.

For any intention we set, it is recommended that it be done along with some type and kind of creative ritual, ceremony or metatheater to exercise the creative ability and creative power we have accessed to do. It is also recommended that the ritual, ceremony or metatheater we create be use to access the creator/Creator of the world we experience in whatever way we feel it appropriate to communicate with the creator/Creator. It is when we are creating, we can communicate with the creator/Creation as creator to creator/Creator. It is the most powerful communicate we can have and the information we receive in such a communication is quite powerful. In doing this, we create our unique way to reconstitution of our creative ability and creative power.

Step one - calibrate our internal compass  (Top)

If not done so, to get started it is best to begin to use our internal compass and use what give us a passion for life and for living to calibrate the compass. It is very important that we come to know what serves and doesn’t serve us and what will help us create a life worth living. This information is invaluable in our journey.

Step two - clean intention with an understanding of the motivation  (Top)

The second step is to set a clear intention to reconstitute our creative ability and creative power. However, in addition to the intention itself, we need to understand the motivation for our journey. The motivation for what we do is extremely important in such a journey. Our motivation, the “why?” behind the intention we set, determines what access and don’t access. It is not the intention we set but why we pursue what we pursue. (More on ....Setting and acting on an intention to reconstitute our creative ability and creative power)

The playful nature of the Source of Creation and Its unconditional nurturing is missed by many because they have not has the correct motivation to see what truly lies at the Source of Creation. What lies at the Source will completely destroy and annihilate what most of what the human mind holds important. In particular it destroys the mind's desire to control and own another in any way. All it can do is create the space for the other to become free to unfold true to its being.

Not being open to experience the Source of Creation because of what lies in our motivation limits the creative ability and creative power we can reconstitute. Rather, we keep ourselves bound as to what it means to be human to hold any motivation other than totally surrendering to the flow of energy within our being and to the what is desires of us.

Step three - give ourselves permission to access the source  (Top)

One way to get around the issue of the correct motivation is to simply set the intention to access the source of our being and give ourselves permission to have our awareness to have conscious contact with the Source of Creation. Although we are never removed from the source/Source of creation/Creation, the nature of mind and the nature of Creation creates the illusion that that we are somehow separate from the source/Source. We need to set the intention to get past the illusion of mind to have our awareness have a conscious experience of the Source of Creation.

However, it needs to be understood, we will not create an experience of the Source of Creation. Rather we will create the conditions to increase the probability of stumbling into the Source as discussed in the topic, the “Ultimate Accident.” Additionally, if we do experience the Source of Creation, as discussed in the topic, “The problem of mind and the experience of the Source of Creation - the trap of mind,” we will not be able to accurately describe what we experienced. Quite simply, mind is as produce of Creation and the unfoldment of the creative process. The experiences mind has had are finite and will be unable to fully and effective characterize the infinite nature of the experience it has in experiencing the Source of Creation.

Step four - tithing your time and energy  (Top)

Rconstituting our creative life energy will cause our life to change. In addition to setting the intention to reconstitute our creative ability and creative power, we need to be willing to sacrifice the life we created based on how we had scattered and fractionated our creative life energy. Creating some type and kind of practice where we tithe our time and energy to our journey is advised. It is not that what we choose to do to tithe our time and energy will be correct. Rather we are making our time and energy available to be redirected into whatever activities we need to pursue. As we pull away from the activities in our life based on what our mind thinks is important by tithing, we feel less strain as the changes begin to happen. We are also better prepared psychologically to deal with the changes that will occur in those things of which our mind thinks are most important.

Step five - finding/creating a safe and secure space  (Top)

As we reconstitute our creative ability and creative power, we will need a safe and secure space at various times in our journey. The space may been to remove and isolate ourselves as we adjust to the changes in our life and understanding. Or, it may be need for us to freely express our reconstitute creative ability and creative power as we learn to manage and use it. We just need to realize the safe and secure space we need at any point in time may change as our needs change. It, just as any other aspect in our life, must be free to change and evolve as we evolve.

We need to set the intention to find that safe and secure space as needed and open ourselves to be lead to where it may be or what it may look like. We need to remove our expectations as to what we think it should be. We need to trust that we are being give what we need when we need it even thought it looks nothing like what our mind expects, wants or desires.

Step six - others in our life  (Top)

Creation is not done alone. We will always need another or others to give us the experiences we desire to have. Relative to others, there are two issues. One concerns the individuals already in our life and the other is finding the individuals who will support, if not, assist our journey.

Others currently in our life
(Top): When we move to reconstitute our creative ability and creative power, we will be pulling our energy back from all aspects of our external world where we had given away our creative ability and creative power. This also means that we will be looking to change many of the relationship in our life. As we change to reclaim our creative ability and creative power, many in our life may not like what they see and experience. To minimize the disruptions in our life, we can always set the intention that those who see us different and do not like what they see are gently lead to where they are safe and secure. We can then expect for one reason or another, many to simply leave our life. Those that support our journey will remain. For those that do remain, we can trust they support our journey even if the complain about what they see. Some of them may actually be looking at our success to decided if they too should pursue such a journey.

Finding those who will support if not assist
(Top): To find those who will support, if not assist, us in our journey, we only need to set the intention and then trust we will get the help and assistance when we need it. Here again, we will constantly be fighting our mind. Our mind has its expectations as to what assistance look likes or should be. It also has it expectations as to what the individual who assists us should look like. More often than not, those who support and/or assist us will not be what our mind expects and may be totally different. We may find who we perceive as our worst enemy or who is our biggest pain is the individual who ultimately gives us the greatest help on our journey. They may be the one who causes us to take back our creative power and creative ability. They cause us to become aware of our truth and what truly serves us and make a stand for our truth.

Step seven - miscellaneous intentions  (Top)

There is always the desire that the reconstitution process is done as safe, fast and as gentle as possible. Of course what is safe, fast and/or gentle for me may not be safe, fast and gentle for you. Also, what safe, fast and gentle are relative terms. If we take what we think is a safe, fast and/or gentle path, we never really know how terrifying, slow or painful the journey could have been. Similarly, although we may have what we considers a safe, fast and/or gentle transformation, we do know that maybe we made it even safer, faster and/or gentler if we had take the proper precautions and/or compensatory measures.

If we trust the creative process and we truly believe reality will mold itself to what we believe and our creative life energy goes where our consciousness focuses our attention and awareness, then the Universe will honor any intention we set to the best it can for the environment in which we find ourselves. If we set the intention to find a fast, safe and/or gentle transformation we must believe the Universe will honor that intention. Our mind, with its expectations, can argue that we face is not fast, safe or gentle. But if we are going to believe the creative process and use it in our creative endeavors, then we must also believe the Universe is giving us or will give us a fast, safe and gentle process as can be obtained for the environment in which we find ourselves.

This of course, brings up the fact that we can set the intention to be lead or find an environment where we can have a faster, easier and gentler transformation than what we would experience in the environment in which we find ourselves. But we have to set the intention to find that environment. But, here again, we also need to look at why we are seeking such faster, easier and/or gentler path. If it is being driven by a deep fear, the more appropriate answer maybe to face our fear and discover our current environment provides all that we needs. It maybe just that our fears, lack of knowledge and/or our reluctance to face what is as it is, is keeping us from what we desire. Our thinking and our expectations can be our own worst enemy.

The significant point here is that we can set the intention for whatever we wish to experience and it will be manifested the best it can within the environment in which we find ourselves. There is work we may need to do to get what we desire but our issue is not that the universe does not provide what we desire and intend. Our problem is what the Universe provides just does not necessary look like what our mind expects, wants or desires. Additionally, we can always set the intention to create an environment or call into our life those that can helps us and or make the journey faster, easier, and/or gentler that what it would otherwise be.

Step eight - our creation beliefs and story  (Top)

Reconstitution of our creative power and creative ability will carry us past the understanding available in most spiritual, religious and social traditions. For many, our birthright is too much to be believed. To reconstitute the creative ability and creative power available to, we need to have a perspective about ourselves and Creation that allows us to access the depth and breadth of what is available to us. The recommendation made here is to find a perspective that allows us to hold our creativity sacred and expand as we uncover more and more of what is available to us.

The intention should be set to find such a belief system or set the intention to create one that serves our unique creative needs. In setting this intention, we should review and explore the story we believe as to how Creation came into existence and see if it meets our creative needs. We need to see if what we believe allows us to hold our creativity sacred. It should be a set of beliefs that empowers us as an individual and as a creator of our experiences, if not the reality we experience.

How we believe the world was created is essential to our thinking. How we believe the world was created says a tremendous amount about what we believe about what it means to be human and who and what we are relative to Creation itself. We need to look at the story we tell to see what it reveals about what we have been lead to believe about our life. We need to look at our life story to see where we have not held our creativity sacred and where we have given away our creative ability and creative powers if not created a victim consciousness. Additionally, we need to iterate the process as each successive telling triggers memories not previously integrated into our story.

Step nine - allow our intuition to lead  (Top)

The statement was made in the subsection above, “Steps in the process” and repeated below in the section, “How we implement these steps,” we need to ask our intuitive guidance how we should implement any one intention. Yet, it may be wise to set the intention to allow our intuition to lead our journey. The fact we set an intention and we ask our intention what we need to do does not mean mind will follow the guidance that is given. It may even distract our attention or dismiss the guidance that is given if mind doesn’t like the guidance. If we set the intention to allow our intuitive guidance to lead, our intuition will be more likely to tell us when our mind is not allowing our intuitive guidance to lead or our mind is trying to divert us from what we need to do. So, it only makes sense to set the intention to allow our intuitive guidance to lead our journey.

We need to allow our intuitive guidance to lead us into exactly how and what we need to do to reconstitute and consolidate our creative life energy and creative powers. We can find no better guide than our own heart for after all it is what is sustaining our being. It is to realize and embrace that we are on our own. But we need to realize we always have been and always will be. But we need not worry for our intuitive guidance will always lead us true. We only need to experiment with it and discover our inner language and its preferred way of communicating with us and any symbols it may prefer to use.

Step ten - give our intuition permission to be in contact with the Source  (Top)

Our intuitive guidance will go to a depth within our being that is necessary to access the information that we need. Since we are looking to reconstitute the creative ability and creative power available to us, the intention should be set for our intuitive guidance to go the depth of our being to the source of our being. The source of our being is a bridge point with the Source of Creation. A continued upstream exploration of the flow of our creative life energy takes us into the Source of Creation. A down stream exploration takes into the unfoldment of the intention for our life. Being at the source of our being puts us at the optimum creative ability and creative power available to us without pursuing and exploring our transcendental mind and the reason for the intention for our life.

Step eleven - exploration into reconstitution  (Top)

Whatever information we find or access in setting these intentions and/or following our intuitive guidance to manifest the intentions we set, we need to explore what is revealed to see where and if we have somehow robbed ourselves of our creative ability and creative power. If we have, we then need to consult our intuitive guidance as to how we need to go about pulling back and reconstituting our creative ability and creative power. Rituals, not doing, metatheater and the like can be used to explore much of the information we access as to how it has or has not robbed us of our creative ability.

How we implement these steps (Top)

For all of these steps, we need to ask our intuitive guidance what we need to do, what does it look like to manifest the intention we set. Additionally we should do something physical to both demonstrate to ourselves we are serious about our intention and create a memory which we can call upon to catalyze our journey. If the guidance we get is bizarre or seemingly unsafe, we can always create a ritual, ceremony or metatheater to honor the guidance that is given. We only need to trust that as we honor what is given, we will be given the next piece of information we need to create what we desire. In any case, as a minimum, we must some how physical act to both set the intention and to act in some way on the guidance that is received.
